We are all back in and working in shifts. The Whiteley Lab has grown and we welcome Aditya Natu, Ana Ramos and Sean Capps to the team. We are delighted that Kelly Michie successfully defended her PhD thesis and started her new position with the Mayo Foundation - Congrats Kelly. Also Angelica Rodriguez recently has moved on to pursue a career in data management - Good Luck! They will both be missed.
Congratulations too, to Britt and Sergio on the arrival of Rosie (Rosalind- no prizes for working out her namesake!) on February 12th - she won't be joining the lab just yet, as she has more important things to do!
We are excited to announce that The Whiteley Lab has also been successful in receiving funding from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in a Joint venture with our collaborators at Emory University (Goldberg lab) and the University of Pittsburgh (Bomberger lab).
